I like to go into houses in construction….and peak at attic spaces…. Usually I see old fake Christmas trees stored up there, and huge HVAC tubes, that snake all over the floors.
Instead of old fashioned HVAC tubes, consider mini-splits, that snake recirculating tubes thru your 2×4 or 2×6 walls….then your attic space can be converted to 15 feet high ceilings on your 2nd floors…just for fun.
