Glass garage doors to fully open walls, to freash air, private visual.. actign like moveable walls.
The 3rd bay as a dynamic utility room, dog washing station, laundery, and access to a bathrtoom for either the office OR the utility area.
The whole room, is a vestibule…. a transition place to hang up coats, put stuff down, drop off groceries etc…

| Dead basement….. with dead “exercise rooms” | Now is a drive in garage, with a 3 floor elevator… cars are safe under the house, and you just take elevator down, enter car, and drive away…same witj groceries …. all up the elevagtor to either floor. It just works.
