When anything is possible, there are infinite choices…
Imagine seeing your house…built BEFORE the start date….BEFORE your lie is completely disrupted…BEFORE you have to move out, or endure living in chaos.
SEEING your house built, while you still have a chance to say NO….and just sell it instead…or bravely push thru it.
Checking your new design in the neighborhood…Seeing all views, all sides, all perspectives.
Fixing mistakes for FREE.. picking dormers and gables, changing size, shape, style.
Changing rooflines, heights, directions. Resizing windows and depth of roof eves.
See how your beds will fit, dressers, tables.
Will the closets be large enough?
Will the bathrooms be too near the headboard of your bed, or too near the kitchen or dining room?
Will space be wasted on long hotel like halls, instead of passages thru integrated rooms?
Is there room for 2 people to walk around the kitchen island / peninsula?
Same with dining rooms, will you have to scoot in your chairs, just for someone to pass by?
In planning for your electricity…will you assume a “20 something” apprentice electrician will make the right decisions on to wiring your house to code…sure it will be legal, but will it be minimal, awkward, insane? Oro will you take control…take responsibility…to put outlets right where you need them, and upgrade to quads instead of double sockets? Will some plugs be 4 feet off the floor, instead of behind a couch?
Will you have sconces in sunroom or dining room, back porch?
All this is decided on screens, before your first bid is in.
This is a iterative process, repeatedly tweaking designs, thinking, imagining rooms, places of shelter, views, lines of sight.
Then, when it is time to bid,…It will be accurate and detailed!
You will really know how much it will really cost…while the contractor is vying for the job…this price will never be lower.
